I did think this would work, because it was one of the longest I have found. I still needed to add chain links to the hammock to be able to reach my stand hooks. This hammocks design is so flawed it is unusable. The hammock when pulled tight enough to keep your back from hitting the bottom wooden arc is so tight at the edges it flips over. The metal bars that came to secure the wooden pieces together were bent and made putting this hammock together a nightmare.
