Overall the crate is very nice, putting it together took quite a few hours but it came together. I took a star away because it’s kinda hard to open the front doors without putting your whole arm through the crate bars to unlatch the bottom & top. Also one side of the front crate door hinges didnt properly go in all the way so the doors are a little uneven. Difficult to put together. I had to recruit a family member with more experience to put it together. And they even had difficulty. But once they got it together its been a great crate for my dog. Only con is the locks seems flimsy, but they do their job. I read some reviews and took a suggestion to order a 34 x 22 rubber sink mat with lip in case there were any accidents. I have a Golden retriever and a King Charles cavalier and they both fit well. The product also looks good in my living room. Love that there are drawers to store additional doggie items.
