We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter.
