This set arrived in several boxes and was a little daunting once we broke into them. It took about 5 hrs to assemble them all. The parts fit well together. Some of the screws are tedious due to their location, but luckily they are all pretty similar in build. Once you build one, it's basically rinse and repeat. It took me longer to take all the bubble wrap and cardboard off each piece than it did to build all 4 chairs. The directions and parts description make it very easy to assemble.
