If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Elevate your living space with the Fred Smart Storage Sofa Overall Dimensions: 86.6"W × 35"D × 35"H—where style, functionality, and space-saving design meet. Crafted for modern urban dwellers, renters, and small-family households, this striped fabric sofa combines timeless aesthetics with practical under-seat storage, making it the perfect centerpiece for apartments, studios, or cozy living rooms.

This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. I love the stripes and hope to pair it with a white fluffy rug to add some contrast from the wood floor.. Ugochi. Wake Forest, NC. Sat May 23 2026

Exactly like in the photo. Also very comfortable!! It’s nice that it has two seat cushions vs 3.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 29 2026

This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

Sofa bed folding dual-use, multifunctional double solid wood sofa for living room, all unfolded, the sofa turns into a comfortable queen-size bed in seconds, the living room can also be used as a bedroom, smooth pull-out without rattles.

Definitely happy with the quality of this sleeper sofa. My only complaint is the length when pulled out, a lot shorter then I thought it would be. Anonymous. Broken Arrow, OK. Thu Sep 17 2026

Well the delivery on this was terrible. It’s was delayed twice and then 6 weeks later it was delivered. During the delivery they put a hole in the couch. But it is a nice couch, low but very spacious and roomy.. Kerri. Fri Oct 02 2026

Nice and solid. The seat is a little deep 21 inches. You need pillows. But the online depth 31 inch was wrong. Seats comfortably, and perfect for a daybed because the seat is one piece.. Amy. Virginia. Tue Oct 20 2026

Comfortable sofa! Color as pictured, conveniently well-packaged in one big box with one day shipping! It’s easier to put together if you leave those bolts loose so the back frame has some wiggle room to fit. Overall it is exactly what I was looking for! Just arrived an hour ago. Assembling the legs was very simple and easy. We ordered the cream sofa and it is stunning. It is very comfortable and soft. It is replacing a leather sofa that I got 30 years of use out of. I hope this sofa can last at least half as long as my first one. I am not sure how well it will wear yet as it just arrived. The only complaint I had was with the delivery. They had the sofa loaded on one of those hand trucks and was coming down the driveway, but instead of using my concrete walkway to the front door, they cut through my front yard and got stuck it the grass. They then picked up the box, which had a wad of dirt and grass stuck in the corner and brought it into my living room with their dirty shoes without any booties, along with the wad of dirt and grass.. Nikki. Raleigh, NC. Sat Oct 24 2026
