We love the concept of the outdoor shower. But the directions were difficult to figure out how to install. We actually had to do our own search to figure out how to install outside. I am leaving my review solely on the fact that there was no shower head included in my box. The last three things I have ordered and reviewed from Wayfair have had either a piece missing altogether, a piece swapped for another piece, or have arrived damaged. Getting Wayfair to do much of anything to help correct the issues has not been very successful, so I didn't even try to see if they will help get me a replacement. I'm not so sure I have much belief in the quality of Wayfair products anymore.
