unfortunately the first one arrived damaged but the wayfair staff were amazing and got a replacement sent out. once assembled it wouldn't close with the TV inside, we tried everything to make this work but panels are easily damaged and break and the way its put together there is no way this will protect your tv from getting wet, gaps everywhere and the hydrulic lifts are cheap.. The gas springs have so much pressure, when I tried to close the lid, it split the wood. I fitted braces to reinforce the wood, then the whole cover started separating as it was held together with glue and cheap staples! I had to buy and fit more braces and re-glue and screw the whole cover together again!
