Attractive and so-far sturdy. Only issue I have is with the assembly instructions specifically regarding the curtains and bug screens. They guide us not clear regarding proper placement of them. This Heavy duty Gazebo Replacement Canopy is made of a parachute type material. Seems to be a durable material. The zippered window covers roll up and stay up with velcro. The door zippers roll up easily, and also has a velcro attachments. The problem was installing it. The pitch of the roof, for our frame was to high, which caused the sides to be to high to install properly. We suggest 4 people to install, as the wind was causing the cover to blow up into the air. This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag. Easy to put together and looks very nice. Comes with curtains not screening. When you order 10x10, sort of expect that it would be close to that in the “living” area.
