These glass beverage dispensers are absolutely gorgeous! I purchased both the 128 oz and 72 oz sizes, and they make such an elegant presentation together. The glass is substantial and beautifully detailed, with a classic cut-glass appearance that looks far more expensive than expected. I especially love having the two sizes—the 128 oz is perfect for larger-batch drinks, while the 72 oz works beautifully for water or a second beverage. Well…..? I’m using decanter for alcohol in a restroom. The plastic wrap on the lid was too large to comfortably close, so a difficult journey to cut the plastic off without damaging the glass with sharp objects. Of course, the results were a sloppy fit, but for appearances, sits fine on top. Otherwise, in good shape. As for use as a whiskey decanter, I’d guess, it would be a little small?
