So far I do like this it does make the water taste a lot better. Its not quite as cold as I would like I have a 32 oz water bottle and Im about halfway of filling it the water gets warm since its refilling the tank as it goes, but some ice cubes would fix that. I have noticed the machine is getting a little bit louder so I will monitor that and see if it gets worse but so far so good. Karlie. Syracuse, UT. Wed Sep 30 2026

We really like this but the instructions could be clearer. I had to use Google Gemini to figure out how to get the cold water to work. There is a switch on the back. The other thing is the water has to be refilled regularly. We refill it at least once a week with how much we use this. Otherwise we like it and its pretty. We havent taken off the instructions yet since it took a bit to figure it out.. Givona. Temecula, CA. Sat Sep 19 2026

Just received this and I was really excited to set it up. I’ve been wanting a reverse osmosis system but didn’t want anything installed under my sink, so I loved the idea of a countertop unit. It looks really nice sitting out and doesn’t take up as much space as I expected. Setup was pretty straightforward and so far the water tastes fresh and clean. I also really liked that it adds minerals back into the water after filtering. I’ve only had it a short time, so I’ll update my review after I’ve used it longer, but my first impression is great!. Certified to remove 83 toxic chemicals including lead, chromium 6, chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, fertilizers, POFA, PFOS, and more! With AquaTru, you can transform your tap water into pure, delicious water you can trust.

I’m 75 so this thing is a bit hard for me. I didn’t realize the compartment for clean water and used water were in the back. It’s heavy to turn around for me and lifting the water is difficult. You must wash the whole thing every week. My sink is high, newer apt, I’m 4 11” and that’s lifting at chest level. I think for younger folks it’d be great but when it’s done cleaning the water there is about a days worth for me. Otherwise for what it is it’s great! It does take up one counter at my apt. I had planned to put it under the cabinet but can’t turn it around under there so it’s on the countertop sideways. The. Carol. Tucson, AZ. Mon May 29 2023
