Overall, this is a great laundry hamper! It is relatively small which is great for my space and use (it is probably too small for more than one person’s laundry though). It is well made and sturdy, at least as much as one made of wicker can be. I like that it has a hinging top and it works flawlessly. The only thing that I don’t like about the hamper is the cloth liner that comes with it. I’ve only had the hamper for a few weeks but it’s already started tearing, and it doesn’t hold firmly on the top. This is not your ordinary laundry hamper. It is made from real bamboo and is such a rich brown color. My husband just loves it. It is very well made, the inner cloth liner fits snugly over thr edge and the band of bamboo holds it on so nicely. You dont even see the cloth liner when the lid is closed. I really like the lid lifting up and it stays up. It is not flimsy at all. It was very easy to put together. I would say 5 minutes is all it took.
