My boys love it. My mom loves it. She likes to use it for her warranty. It’s not big and it’s great even though we have a refrigerator water dispenser. So far working as it's suppose to. It's light weight not to heavy to lift. It would been much better if the water reservoir held more water. The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. There is a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. This water cooler is bottom loading with a cabinet to hold 3 or 5-gallon bottles. The water is pumped from the bottle through the machine. There is also an empty-bottle indicator that will light up when the bottle needs to be replaced. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star.

The Avalon Countertop Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water come out. The machine's highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need to add ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we’ve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spouts clearly visible in the dark. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF-certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4FILTER) and a sediment filter (listed as model Avalon A5FILTER) with a water line that can be attached to your water source. The water is taken from your water source and filtered through the filters and then through the machine's hot and cold water tanks. The filter will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The dispensing area is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. The water cooler is UL-listed. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The unit dimensions are 12x12x19 inches.
