Shipping took a long time but it was worth it. Mostly went together smoothly, just a few holes that didnt line up as expected on the top sheet. Overall very impressed and loving the result. Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. Would work better with washer dryer that sits on floor and not one that has a pedestal. Tabs for shelf support tend to slip down when installing shelves. Had to try and hold tab and use a rubber mallet to tap shelf into place on the tabs. With a pedestal under washer, it does not leave proper room for the hanging clothes bar. It also does not take into consideration if washer dryer is already in place. You will have to move the washer dryer out of the way to build it and put it where you want then put washer dryer in place. Since I could not move my washer w/pedestal, I had to try and build the unit around the washer while it was in place. Unit seems flimsy because of no self support across the lower area where washer dryer is. Based on how the shelf support clip tabs location, you cannot put two shelves directly across from each other. Works ok, but not entirely happy with the design and look.. Karen. Martinez, CA. I absolutely love this wash tower. Read TONS of different reviews before purchasing. Looked at different brands and styles. Finally settled on this one. The install was very easy and fast. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual.
