UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. I’m personally not a fan of matching pillows on a sofa so I moved mine to other chairs. They are wonderful! I highly recommend this sofa!. Marisa. Albuquerque, NM. Thu Sep 03 2026

This slipcovered sofa brings relaxed comfort and practical functionality to your space. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, providing a reliable foundation for everyday seating. Designed with everyday livability in mind, the Joanthony Snow Sofa features a removable slip cover that is sewn specifically for this frame to ensure a soft, relaxed fit. Natural wrinkles and puddling are part of the slip-covered aesthetic and may become more pronounced with use. For added convenience, the slip cover and cushion casings are machine washable. This plush, inviting sofa showcases recessed, flared arms and T-cushion seat cushions. Each cushion is built with 2.0 high-resiliency foam featuring a 1" gel layer on both the top and bottom, then wrapped in fiber and encased in a channeled down-blend jacket. Over time, both the foam and filling will naturally soften and conform with normal use; down-blend cushions will relax and puddle, which is considered normal and not a defect. The loose, zippered inside-back cushions are reversible and filled with bagged, channeled down-blend for lasting softness and comfort. To maintain fullness and ensure even wear, seat and back cushions should be fluffed regularly and rotated as needed. Please note: Due to lighting and monitor settings, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears online.

Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. Delivery was great: two guys moved my old couch for me then unpacked and put the new one in place. From what I explored at local stores I feel this couch was a good buy!. Nancy Justine. Green Bay, WI. Fri Aug 14 2026

UPDATE the center leg kept bending sideways and the couch would fall down! Today the leg completely broke off. It’s just me in the home with the dog and we are gentle. Very disappointed!! Need new couch. Delivery day I wanted to love this couch, and there are things I really do like about it—but unfortunately, the negatives were hard to overlook. First off, the screws around the frame were difficult to get in because the foam was too thick and the screws wouldn’t catch the threads properly. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to redo sections multiple times. To make matters worse, the included Allen key stripped after just a couple of screws and didn’t fit the bolts properly. If you’re putting it together, definitely use your own tools. One of the most frustrating parts was the seat slats. You can’t get them in unless you loosen up the frame again after you’ve already secured it—which feels like going backwards and risks everything slipping out of place. Now that it’s assembled, I’ve been trying to enjoy it. The beige color is absolutely gorgeous—a warm, slightly speckled tone that fits beautifully with my decor. That’s definitely a highlight. Another major plus the entire couch is washable, which is rare and incredibly practical. That feature is probably the biggest trade-off for the comfort issues. Speaking of comfort—the seat cushions are very firm and slope down toward the center, so if you’re not sitting dead center, it can feel awkward. I’m hoping they loosen up over time, but for now, they’re not great for lounging. The back cushions are soft but under-filled, and the back itself is quite low—not nearly as supportive as it looks in the pictures. I’m planning to add throw pillows (maybe even a fluffy seat topper) to make it more livable. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking couch with some thoughtful features like the washable covers, but the comfort and assembly left a lot to be desired. If you value aesthetics and easy cleaning more than comfort….. Noelle. Lakewood, OH. Sun Apr 26 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Beautiful Sofa. Looks high end. Delivery went smoothly. Only issue is that after sitting for a bit the cushions feel like they drop down a bit in the front. I'm going to try putting a board under cushions to see if it prevents it from happening. Again, it is a lovely item. Placing a board for extra support did not resolve the issue. Despite its lovely aesthetic, I would not buy this item, again.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026

The advanced cushioning system, featuring sinuous springs, offers a perfect balance of softness and support. Slipcovered for a classical, modern look, this sofa seamlessly blends with any living room decor, creating a cozy haven for relaxation, naps, or gatherings with loved ones.

The couch looks great and fits nicely in the space, but it’s not as comfortable as I expected. The cushions feel a bit firm and don’t provide much support for longer sitting. While the design and fabric seem good quality, it’s better for appearance than everyday lounging. Overall, it’s a stylish piece, just not the most comfortable option.. Michael. Massapequa, NY.
