Mattress came rolled up which was nice! The mattress looks really really pretty and elegant, no issues with any rips or tears, it has handles which is a great addition! It has a firm feel, which gives great support, but it’s still comfortable enough to sleep on all night without feeling stiff or sore. It strikes a perfect balance—not too hard, not too soft. I’m extremely happy with this mattress! I chose the 14-inch model, and it exceeded my expectations. It provides an excellent balance of comfort and support—the Euro top and memory foam feel plush, while the pocketed coils keep my spine well aligned. The mattress expanded quickly after unboxing, has very little odor, and feels well made. I also appreciate that it’s fiberglass-free and CertiPUR-USOEKO-TEX certified. After sleeping on it, I wake up feeling well-rested with much less stiffness than on my old mattress. For the price, the quality is outstanding.
