This wardrobe is a good size and gives lots of storage for a small space. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble, until the doors. They do have soft close which is a great addition. The hanging space is tight, no sweaters or bulky items would fit. The space is only a small amount larger than an adult hanger. Might work better for small kids clothing. The hanging space is enough for a dress or longer coat lengthwise. The hanging space does not allow for clothing to be see, only the piece in front, unless you sort through them. Shoes, purses, or folded clothing can fit in the shelving area. The good: - Wood quality and appearance - Matches the descriptions - Beefy packaging ensured very few damages (I guess they read the other comments) The bad: - Difficult to assemble: this is not for inexperienced assemblers. The instructions are rudimentary and you must use all clues in the drawings to correctly build this. Took me 4 hours of focused work, and that was not including unpacking and staging. - Two parts (15 and 16) had their label markers inverted, which was actually a fairly big problem and cost me 20 minutes. Was not in love with the sizing. We are pretty standard sized folks, and our light winter coats with hangers did not allow the doors to close properly.
