The instructions were clear and easy to follow. 2. The materials were of good quality and all pieces were present. 3. A power drill isn't required but there are so many screws that it saves your hand from blisters if you use a power drill as your screwdriver. All of the holes are predrilled though. 4. Since the boxes were incredibly heavy and our bedroom is on the smaller side, we opted to take all materials out of the box in the living room to organize first. Then we put a few of the smaller pieces together before carrying them upstairs for assembly in the bedroom. 5. 90% of the assembly is a one person job but it was helpful to have another person present to assist with hanging the doors. 6. I was VERY pleased with the quality of this furniture. Other cabinets I have purchased only had a colored cardboard back. These had stained plywood backing. Overall, this was excellent furniture at a reasonable price. It coms in 4 sections, so it’s very easy to spread the assembly out over a couple of days. The sections without drawers took about 1.5 hr each, and the sections without drawers were 2.5 hrs each. Really not bad at all considering the size of this thing. This is not heirloom furniture by any means, but it’s sturdy enough for what I need.
