Our Prestow round wooden extending dining table with pedestal leg is all about that chic rustic farmhouse style. This table will comfortably seat 4 when closed and 6 when extended. Clean lines, sturdy design, rounded edges to the table top and sitting on four feet jutting from that central pedestal leg, this table will look fab in any modern home, whether you're going for warm neutrals, that French elegant cottage look or even as part of an eclectic maximalist space. Constructed from solid 100% rubberwood, this extendable dinner table is sturdy, durable and will look great while doing it! The Prestow uses a simple butterfly mechanism - gently pull on either end of the table to 'open' the sliding mechanism and reveal the extension piece concealed under the top. Lift and unfold the extension piece to create the additional length. Why not pair these with any of our matching wooden cross back chairs for a sleek look? Available in either white and gray, cream and oak or oak. This product is real wood and so it will age, which can result in colour variations.

Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. For the most part this is a very study table and easy to assemble. I gave it four stars because the table was damaged upon delivery. Customer service at Wayfair gave us several options to remedy the situation and were great to work with, but in the end we settled for a 20% discount which was enough to repair the table. The table is perfect for my space. I love that it extends another 18 inches when I need it. The only reason I gave it four stars is because one of the corners had a small blemish.
