The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. The instructions were easy to follow on getting this put together. Definitely was a lot faster with two people. I thought the headboard might be taller, so I was a little bit disappointed in that. I did not read the size description before ordering. The drawers at the footboard are super short and a little bit hard to line up. The plank for the two drawers on the bottom broke, might have been human error, however we did not use that much force and it broke, other than that the bed has been great so far.
