Was hesitant to buy this based on the one other review showing the baggy back support but I liked the look and took a gamble. Glad I did! The instructions aren’t super clear, so at first I made the same mistake as the other reviewer and got the saggy back, but then I looked at the product photos and instructions more closely and realized the back support needed to loop around the top bar before securing it the bottom. These are the prettiest chairs. The slope area is beautiful and looks high end and inviting to sit on! It was a little challenging on putting them together because a few parts were mislabeled.
