Sent the wrong color and assembling was easy pretty easy doing it solo, definitely need 2 people to mount on the wall. However, the scripting online does not mention it needs to be a brick concrete wall whereas the instructions specifically states it has to be. Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. This TV console turned out exactly how I envisioned it! I have a 75-inch TV and purchased two of these consoles to create a longer, custom built-in look. I do recommend purchasing L-brackets for extra support. Before adding them, the center section sagged slightly, but once the brackets were installed, everything was sturdy and perfectly level. We also made several custom modifications to fit our setup. We added Govee lights, drilled holes for cable, and created openings inside each cabinet to route all of the wires through, which gave everything a clean, seamless appearance. Easy to assemble and the overall design looks great. It would have been helpful if they had included a template or mounting guide to make attaching it to the wall easier. The template would have made it much easier to mark the exact locations for the screws and ensure everything was level. About this floating TV stand. The material feels very good and sturdy. I would have preferred to have more color options, although I think the color combination of this one is perfect and looks great with different decor styles. Mounting it on the wall was surprisingly easy, which was a big plus. It also has a considerable amount of weight and feels strong enough to hold the items you want to place on it. That said, I personally always avoid putting too much weight on furniture. Overall, I really like the modern design, quality, and clean handleless look. Makes my living room look more modern.. The two compartments on the top lift up to open but sadly they do not lock in place to remain open, which could be a little inconvenient but there is a slow close on it so it does not slam closed. **TIP** there is a piece that covers the top so you can possibly sit items up there that is probably some type of mdf board and it probably blends in with the packaging and mine was thrown out, so just be mindful and ask for that piece. Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. Had it in hand 3 days after I ordered. Well mostly in hand … had to retrieve it from my neighbor as Fed-X failed to get it to my door. Overall pleased with the quality of the furniture.. David.
