This shelf looks beautiful, but installation was more difficult than expected. It was challenging to align and level the two wood pieces during assembly. I also don’t feel the base is sturdy enough to handle the pressure of a traditional pump hand soap dispenser. To avoid putting stress on it, I switched to an electric soap dispenser. I wanted to connect these shelves side by side to make really long shelves. I didn’t see the depth measurement in the listing and assumed they were all the same. I should have called Wayfair to confirm, that was my bad, but I must say the return process was expensive. It cost 11 for return shipping, I had to bring it to FedEx, I brought it in the original shipping box but because it was damaged (which is how I received it), they said I had to pay another 17 to have it put in a new box. Beautiful shelves! I initially bought them to hold books in my daughter’s room, but there is no hanging hardware - you have to attach these to the wall with special plaster glue - so I was afraid the weight of the books would rip them off.
