It worked out great!! I decided not to center it because theb I would have had to add 2x4s in the wall. So I just put it in the corner which worked out because I didnt do a custom niche and that had to be put in between the studs size it all aligned. My contractor said that the the material used is poor quality and isn't safe for a person to sit on. The hardware is not sturdy and he said more than likely will rust over time. Disappointed because the description matched exactly of more expensive ones but less expensive. But the construction isn't worth the risk.
