I like the feeder for my cat. It makes it so much easier to keep track of her feedings and make sure she is getting fed properly. My only problem is the voice part doesn’t work. This cat feeder is very nice because it is simple to program, you can feed two cats at the same time so they don't have to wait for the other one to finish eating it all and then miss out on their own meal. I liked the fact that it only has one dial which in the beginnings seemed like it would be problematic but it is actually quite intuitive to go through and either change the existing feeding times or portion sizes or add or remove some of them.. I am happy with this unit even though it was a little bit tricky to put together. Alignment was good but the instructions leave much to be interpreted. Some of the screws are not as secure as I would like but in spite of that, the station seems sturdy enough. In the reviews I saw someone had found containers to place inside and I haven't found some as good as theirs but I am making due. It somehow feels much smaller than what I expected based on photos but the dimensions don't lie. It is sufficient space for all the food and extras. They were what I needed. Pretty easy to setup. Shipping put a ding in one that made the enter door fall off the rod but found the clip for the rod in the box and a little work with a pair of plyers on the door it was as good as the other ones. The instruction booklet was very basic and it was pretty confusing to set the time and correspond the feeding times. I spent a good 20 minutes stressing out how to set up 3 feedings, and still wasn't sure it was correct. It was my first time leaving my cat overnight (anxious!), and when I got home, the middle feeding tray (2 out of 3) was still there. Huh? It's easy very easy to clean though.
