When you order look carefully through the specification details about the parts that you may need. I ordered all of it at the same time, and it took a very long time to come. The contractor said it was quite a pain to install due to weight, but this was somewhat expected. Also, you will likely need additional support behind the brackets themselves. Second one came with damaged box and a very small chip on the back, which I can live with. Neither shipper or Wayfair can be blamed. Kohler should put some styrofoam in the box to keep it safe!
