If you plan to put this somewhere unconventional (i.e. not a living room where wall studs are often found in more areas where you'd possibly put a TV up), I'd just double check to make sure you know where you're putting it and if you'll need to purchase heavy duty anchors separately. Also you won't really be able to put any media or entertainment systems on it like a traditional TV stand as it's not big enough, but you're buying this for the aesthetic not the functionality.. The unit has a smoked tempered glass shelf that can be placed above or below the TV inch to hold a DVD player or any other similarly sized device. The bracket can fit on almost any TV. The maximum weight capacity of the bracket is 22 lbs so if it is set up with the shelf under the TV the-inch tall weight of the TV and whatever is put on the shelf cannot exceed the maximum weight capacity.
