Product arrived with several chips and damages to different pieces. No instructions were included with the piece and customer support via telephone was incredibly unhelpful with processing getting a new guide. The “assembly guide” online is just a certificate stating what the product is made from, not a real guide. Wayfair should demand better of itself than to ship broken pieces with incomplete inventory. I bought 2 ladder bookcases for my son's room. They arrived quickly, although the delivery was a mess, and my husband had them together in a few minutes. Once mounted on the wall I was surprised by how good they look! They hold a surprising amount of my son's prized Lego sets, among other things, and are very sturdy!
