Really high quality for the price! It is HARD to find a wood vanity that is all wood, most have mdf doors. This one (black) is all wood and is solid! It came packed very securely, the sink top was pristine, and delivery had great communications enabling me to be home when it arrived, even though I did not need to be. The sink top is thicker which gives it a really elevated look. Time will tell if the finish will hold up. The instructions to install it are a joke, though - thank goodness my handy husband was able to do so safely and securely. Tip - since you get to decide how high to place it on the wall, you need to be aware of where the back opening of the cabinet is. If it is a new installation, get your plumber to help you figure this out. Loving this vanity. The finish and materials are beautiful. Very well built and also very heavy. The hardest part of installation was lifting it in place to fit onto the cleats. It is easiest to install as much of your plumbing for the faucets as possible before you put it on the wall as it is difficult to reach inside and up around the sink. I happened to have a hydraulic lift cart which was key to the installation. I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. I was surprised by this vanity. It did arrive with a broken sink so that piece was promptly reshipped. Before the vanity was installed it did look a little cheap but once it was up, it really looked amazing. It was hard to put together with so many pieces but was worth it.
