Had some issues with shipping. I do think it was probably the shipping guys being rough, but it had all come apart and was a disaster. It took time to figure out what was broken and what wasn’t there. Wayfair and the manufacturer were great and I got all the replacements parts, but it did slow up progress and, costing time I really didn’t have. I’m overall happy with the product.. Annie. Fg. I bought 2 ladder bookcases for my son's room. They arrived quickly, although the delivery was a mess, and my husband had them together in a few minutes. Once mounted on the wall I was surprised by how good they look! They hold a surprising amount of my son's prized Lego sets, among other things, and are very sturdy! I really like that the bottom does not touch the floor. It makes it so much easier to vacuum under them. The price is definitely reasonable for a sturdy piece of furniture.. Christina. Guthrie, OK. Installed in a couple of hours, but Closet Maid includes a bracket that is supposed to make installation easier. It doesn't. Holes are not 16 inches apart so you will either use mollies or drill holes in the bracket. We threw it away. Now, for the good stuff. The adjustable shelving was perfectly easy to customize for what we had to store and if things change, so can the shelving. It's really sturdy and, if you have a level and a drill, you can install it in about an hour.. Carol. Belleville, MI. Wed Jun 03 2026
