I bought 2 ladder bookcases for my son's room. They arrived quickly, although the delivery was a mess, and my husband had them together in a few minutes. Once mounted on the wall I was surprised by how good they look! They hold a surprising amount of my son's prized Lego sets, among other things, and are very sturdy! Product arrived with several chips and damages to different pieces. No instructions were included with the piece and customer support via telephone was incredibly unhelpful with processing getting a new guide. The “assembly guide” online is just a certificate stating what the product is made from, not a real guide. Wayfair should demand better of itself than to ship broken pieces with incomplete inventory. I’m honestly impressed with these shelves! The assembly was incredibly easy: it really took about 15 minutes, just as advertised.
