Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

Great chair with an incredibly easy setup! Delivery was a breeze the boxes were sturdy and easy to carry. The chair arrived safely in two well-packaged boxes that were manageable for two people to bring indoors. After unboxing and verifying all the components against the clear, concise instructions, the assembly process was straightforward with minimal steps. The instructions were crystal clear, and assembly was a snap. A quick tip for assembly grab a partner to help steady the backrest while you line up the brackets—it makes the process much easier than going solo. While the build is simple, having a second person assist with aligning the backrest brackets is highly recommended for precision. Overall, the chair was very simple to put together, feels great to sit in, and works perfectly. All the electrical components hooked up correctly and work as they should. The connections were easy to make and the instructions for connecting them were easy to follow. The heat and! massage features are great! Once assembled, the chair is exceptionally comfortable and operates smoothly. It’s an excellent choice for anyone prioritizing a hassle-free setup. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and well worth the purchase if you want a high-quality piece without the assembly headache. Highly recommended!. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Thu May 14 2026

I am 6.3 and 295# The chair is sturdy. I like the wide seat, it make it easy to shift around when reclining. The chair was easy to assemble. it has two USB ports. The electric lift is very slow. My feet sticks out past the lift but is still very comfortable. It only has a leg and back adjustment. This chair does not come with a head or lumbar adjustment. It comes with a small pillow that the instructions suggest to use for the lumbar. (between seat and back hinge). For me it provided no advantage for the Lumbar. But is just Perfect for my head and neck support. I thought I would like the pop out CUP holder on one side and a wireless phone charger on the other side. . I should of gotten a chair that the holder was always available on both sides. The Side Storage is too far down on the side and not very useful. The Arms are cushy, but I wish they had flip up storage. To hide my remotes. When I use the "ejection" seat lift. the remote slides off the arms. The massage functions is very nice, but annoyingly starts in the "auto" mode and them sequences from back, lumbar, thigh and leg. I prefer normal mode and use constant back lumbar and leg massage. (Needs a memory favorite function). The heat function is nice but is limited to the lumbar portion of the chair, I wonder what it would be like to heat the legs with massage. Wayfair delivered the chair in 4 days. Instructions were very simple and generally clear. I was a little confused with the cord connections. the instruction were not clear and the pictures were not helpful. the cords have male and female connections to the controls, motors and seat components. When the cords are plugged together, One of the plugs have a hinged lock that clips to the other plug, keeping them from pulling loose. On One cord set (male and female connection) both ends had a hinged lock, I had to discard the extra lock for the other connection lock. ...At first I thought the wiring was wrong. (remember my slow comment.) But after lots of testing. I am certain all is correct. Would I buy it again? ...Yes... Would I have bought it if I sat in before buying ... not sure... Rory.
