This could not have worked out any better for my cat. We just moved into a new house, and we wanted our cat to be able to go outside but not run away. There is no way for my cat to get out of this cage unless they dug under. We have a lot of predators, and this cage definitely allows time for the cat to get back through the cat door and into the house. We put it in front of a window with a cat door. It is very well made. I put it together by myself, which was a little bit of a struggle, but I still was able to do it. A tip is to use zip ties to loosely hold it together while you’re screwing it together.. Liss. I really like this run! If you don’t over stretchpull the chicken wire, you can get it nice and taught without waves and sags. I cut the chicken wire in 21 foot lengths, so that there was plenty on the outside bottom for cinder blocks or something to weight everything down. I put the entire thing together by myself. 5’1” woman. So, you can do it too!. Amber. Hampton Bays, NY. Mon Aug 17 2026

I absolutely love this catio cat run and my cats are enjoying getting to be outside in the grass! I also purchased the two story heatedinsulated cat house and it fits perfectly inside. (I assembled it from inside the cat run so that I would not have trouble fitting it through the door.) The only problem I had was that some of the instructions for assembling the cat run were incorrect, but it wasn’t hard to figure out how to remedy the correction. I would also recommend using extra screws to secure the bridge, part N, to the other part N, beside it.The instructions said to build the cat boxes in the uncovered area of the cat run, but I will most likely be moving them to the covered area. Also, the instructions say it only takes 2 hours to assemble and it took us several hours to assemble. We used a Dewalt drill to assemble and I recommend this vs. only using a screw driver.. Update after 2 weeks it is already warped and falling apart in areas. I’m beyond disappointed. I bought two with the two tunnels to connect. . Theres were for three outside cats I feed at work. They are already warped and pieces broke easily. My son put up a frame around doors because the opening was large enough for the cats to possibly break through. He also took the ladders out because they broke and had stapes out to hurt the cats he put hammocks in instead. I wish I got a more expensive one instead of two of these.
