Absolutely beautiful! This nine piece black and gold butterfly bedding with matching curtains is so pretty in person! Ive never had any bedspread or quilt with matching curtains and I gotta say I love it! The colors are very vibrant. The underside of the quilt is gray, some of the images in the ad show it to be white, but it is indeed gray. The set comes with 6 curtains panels two of them are the same matching black with the gold and gray butterflies, and four of them are the gray color. Ive provided multiple pictures showing the sheerness of these curtains as other reviewers have been disappointed thinking they were blackout curtains. These are NOT blackout curtains they are a beautiful sheer that still darkens the room but allows that morning sun in to get you up out of bed! One picture shows with them staggered and appearance. One picture shows with the black ones spread open covering the window. One picture shows the gray ones open and covering the window. One picture shows no curtains covering the window to give you an idea of the light and dark coming into our bedroom. The quilt is lightweight and provides just the right amount of warmth. It is summertime currently and I have a sheet, one additional blanket, and the quilt and it is the perfect warmth--not too hot. I am very pleased with this nine piece bedding set both in quality and in beauty. We have a California king bed and some of the other reviewers have noted they did not like that the pillowcase shams did not fit California King king pillows all pillow cases in all sets no matter what size bed you have will come as a standard queen size. To me it doesnt matter because they are just decorative pillows and my California King pillows fit perfectly behind them with the queen size pillow cases accenting the bedding. Nice crisp cotton sheets that hold up well in the washer and dryer. Haven't had any issues with them shrinking either. The sizing is generous and I've had no problems fitting these onto my mattress. I really love the pattern and quality. These sheets even allow my skin to breathe better. I've always preferred a more crisp sheet than to a soft. These are definitely nothing like a cheap cotton set either, the quality is impressive. They're well worth every penny I spent purchasing them and honestly a great value for the money.
