I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I've been sleeping on this mattress for many months now and can confidently say that is has been a great experience. I am a side sleeper and it gives me ample support/firmness while still being comfortable from the cushioning on top. I also like how any liquids spilled on it dry out quite quickly.
