These ceramic pots and pans are nice. I chose the green color which is very pretty. The pots are not heavy and are very durable. It cooked my food evenly through out. Also, the heat was distributed evenly so the middle of the pot was not hotter than the outsides. The only thing I have to get use to is the handle because it can’t stay on the pot while cooking. I am normally not a Farberware fan but these pots right here have definitely given me a change of heart. They are very durable and nonstick. I was sure they would scratch or start sticking almost immediately but they proved me wrong. I have used these daily for a month now and not one scratch on the pans there has been no sticking either. I love the pot and everything it came with it. It’s really good quality and it’s neat that the handle comes off and you can just use it as a setting dish or a plate. However, I did have an issue with one of the handles.
