I ordered these bunk beds in July when they product was in stock after eyeing for a while. I ordered the product and it was expected to be delivered in 2 weeks. When the product is suppose to ship I get another email it’s now on “back order” and won’t ship for another 3 weeks. So frustrating but waited it out. It then took another 2-3 weeks after it shipped to actually receive it! Was NOT happy about waiting that long. The bunks came in 8 boxes, I was overwhelmed for sure. My husband and I unpackaged all the boxes and hauled everything piece by piece as we needed it. It only took myself (20 weeks pregnant) and my husband 2 hours to put together !!! unfortunately, when putting together there was 2 damaged pieces of wood. When we got to the step portion all the hardware was labeled wrong taking much longer to figure out which hardware we needed to use. After all said and done we are happy with the product. I can’t say I would wait 2 months again for bunk beds and then have damage/parts mislabeled.. Abby. Sioux Falls, SD. Sun Sep 15 2019

We love this bed. I bought it for my daughters when my youngest turned two and was ready for a big girl bed. Love the bed, sturdy and seems to be constructed well. I added the assembly and the two guys that showed up were very polite and courteous. They also got the job done in 2 hours. My only issue is when the guys (hired through Handyman) were putting it together some of the wood frame pieces were taped together. When the tape was removed in left noticeable yellowish marks on the white wood. Hoping there is a remedy to this...maybe some touch up paint or recommended residue remover?. Larae. Sandy, UT.
