My husband installed the floor. I love it but he says it's delicate and "breaks" easily. The delivery company literally dropped the flooring off, on the short side of the boxes. The tiles didn't have a really consistent flow from tile to tile in the marbling pattern. We had to lay out all of our tiles to find a decent flow and mark where on the floor every tile should go. A lifesaver for my old house! I have three types of hardwood flooring in my kitchen/dining room. It was an eyesore and so difficult to keep clean, as it's old and badly damaged. On a whim, I ordered this peel-and-stick tile and it /completely transformed the space/. I used to avoid my kitchen because it always felt dirty to me, but now it's intentional and beautiful. The flooring itself was super easy to install and is very easy to clean. I would highly recommend this product. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. Currently in the middle of installing, they came poorly packaged, tiles were spilling out of their boxes when they arrived. Thankfully I havent found any major damage, but over half of them came with chipped corners, so you will need to grout to hide it, but I was planning on doing that anyways. I really like how the flooring came out. It was very easy to lay. I used a heat gun to take the prior tiles with a heat gun.
