I used this peel and stick tiles for a garage bathroom floor to give it a more masculine feel. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife. Love this vinyl flooring! It has brightened the entryway and hall bath quite a bit! So far, very durable and easy to install. My psycho pup was spooked with the smooth texture so he has dug his nails in when first walking on it now I have permanent indents from his nails in the entryway. Also, when installing, do not fold the material back or it will leave permanent crease marks in flooring afterwards. This is very easy to install measure, line up flooring, and cut with box cutters.
