I have a floating plywood floor over the carpet in my sewing room. I had put peel and stick tiles on it. The were peeling up. I wanted one continuous piece of linoleum instead of the 12 in peel and stick. I found this flooring and 1 roll was exactly enough to do my floating floor. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I really like how the flooring came out. It was very easy to lay. I used a heat gun to take the prior tiles with a heat gun.
