My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Besides flooring, it can be applied to the wall as an accent wall, ceiling, or cabinet by adding extra glue (liquid nail/contact glue).
