This cabinet was exactly as advertised. It's a solid, sturdy, and beautiful piece. I looked everywhere for the right look and size before finding this one. I love it, and it's priced right. Assembly was easier than expected. The door hinges were already attached, and the cabinet pieces were minimal. The only part that gave me a little grief was the cabinet's back panels. The panels slide into grooves but needed a little help from a rubber mallet to gently tap them into place. All in all, it took me about 45 minutes to assemble, and I wasn't in a hurry. We really liked the look of this tall rattan cabinet right away. It has a nice aesthetic and fits well with our space, and overall it wasn’t too difficult to put together compared to some other furniture we’ve assembled. The biggest challenge during assembly was getting the doors properly aligned. That part took the most time and patience, but once adjusted, it looked good and functioned as expected. The main downside for us is the drawer design. They don’t pull out very far, which makes them less practical than we hoped. Reaching items toward the back is a bit of a pain and ends up being the most frustrating part of using it day to day. The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I read the reviews about the drawer problem but still ordered it because I liked it (I don't always trust the reviews). Also, in the product description the drawer dimensions are not listed. I bought two of these carved door cabinets and could not be more pleased. They are incredibly well made and very sturdy. There is no wobble when you open the doors, and the doors are very symmetrical and clothes easily. The design is a lovely Bohemian style. I left the legs off of mine and put one on top of the other and secured it to the wall to form a hutch. It is just beautiful and everyone who sees it thinks it looks great. It wasn’t difficult, just a bit finicky and required a few adjustments before everything lined up evenly. It’s a pretty piece! VERY lightweight. Not the highest quality, but for the price can’t complain. Color is really pretty. I am using it to store my vinyl records.
