We just assembled the desk in 5 minutes, not counting the unboxing. Because it’s quite heavy and we’re in our 70’s, we asked our adult children to help lift it out of the box. But screwing on the legs was a breeze. We will be buying a buying a desk protector mat since we plan to write at the desk. This desk is stunning. It was so easy to put together. The desktop came with the drawers built and installed and all we had to do was screw on the legs. I had to get furniture for 7 offices and 3 waiting rooms. I chose to spend much less on all desks - except this one. I am so glad I splurged.
