The drawers are nice and can't pull out completely when you pull them (a nice safety measure -- you can lift and remove them if you need to do so). The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! This is a very pretty dresser. I bought the off white color with dark gray/black top. I wish it was more white then cream but it is still pretty. It took my husband and I 3.5 hours to build. The instructions aren't very clear and we had to redo the drawer slides in the end. Quite the project!! The drawers aren't very deep so keep that in mind when considering buying this dresser.
