Very Nice - I really like the shape and color of this lamp. It is a good size at almost 15 inches. The shade looks like bamboo. There are slits in the shade where light shines through. In the evening, the shade looks almost charcoal. The base is ceramic. It is beige and gold which is why I wanted this lamp. Well, I like it more than I expected to. I really love the branch and leaf detail in the lampshade. I don’t, however, think that the lampshade necessarily goes with the base all that well, and I don’t know that I’m a fan of the base in general that much. When I first got the package. It was extremely heavy. I have 7 oriental lamps weight isn’t that bad. Assemble not that hard. 17 inches tall and beautiful. Let me tell you four sides of lamp.
