This dresser is beautiful and definitely looks expensive! I love the hardware, style, and color. It arrived all in one box, and had no packaging issues or damage. I only marked it down due to the quality of the drawer tracks. The top drawers are difficult to open and close. Sometimes they even get stuck and I really need to force it open. Dresser is great and was easy to put together all by myself. It did take a little longer than the 30 minutes the instructions said but probably could have been done if I had a second person. It did take about 4 hours for two people without much experience, but the end result was definitely worth the effort. The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! This is a SEVEN DRAWER dresser is sooo beautiful! I called a few times because the delivery co. has ridiculous only-weekday-hours were new in this state wnew jobs that we dont have tome to take off. BUT all three people I talked to about delivery questions about the number of dressers said they thought it was beautiful too. In addition, its WELL MADE STURDY.
