Easy to follow instructions. Took maybe an hour to assemble. Sturdy. I didn’t fasten to the wall. The back is open but it has a piece to brace the frame and make it more sturdy. I only added the separator to the one of the doors so. For reference, top pairs are women size 7.5 and kid’s size 1. The bottom is men size 10.5 and 11. It will only fit my husband’s size 13 without the separator and put them in sideways. We will just his shoes underneath. Very pretty. I’m happy I purchased it. My only complaint is about the top drawer. I wish it had guides or bearings to help it slide in and out. Not a deal breaker for me. Still worth the money, to me. My husband loved it!. Mpkrph. This was even in. My husband and I put it together in about 2 12 hours. We took a break cause he had to do some work but anyway it came together beautifully! I love this!!! everything about it. Great little cabinet for the price! It looks beautiful once assembled and feels like a quality piece. The parts are clearly labeled, but the instructions could be better. The biggest challenge was the very first panel—the directions don’t clearly show which side should face outward, and that took the longest to figure out. Assembly took me about 3.5 hours. I also agree with other reviewers that adjusting the doors is difficult, and mine still don’t align perfectly.
