Great product. The slate magnetic professional Series 120 is awesome. Everything arrived before the actual delivery date which was great. I would recommend breaking the board in by covering entire surface with chalk with the chalk on its side. After covering the board erase, write on it and then wash with water and a sponge. The chalk tray is wide enough to hold chalk and erasers. The magnetic capability is great. Also, you can purchase 1" map hook and clips and 1" inch flag display holders for this board as well. Beyond horrible. It’s not a real chalkboard. I opened the box to a lovely looking “chalkboard” only to discover that it cannot be written on with chalk. It’s a decorative item made to look like a chalkboard, but isn’t one. Not made clear in the item description. When I complained via the online chat I was told I should have known it wasn’t functional because the description said it was decorative and intended to be hung on a wall. I said, yes… I thought it was a decorative “chalkboard” to be hung on the wall. Hence being called a chalkboard. Not so. I then called customer service and a lovely lady helped to resolve the issue by giving me a full refund. I appreciated the situation being remedied.
