Best delivery service I’ve ever had! They were prompt, courteous, skilled and fast. The sofa itself is exactly what I wanted. I shopped a long time for an olive green velvet sofa that I loved. There are a lot of sofas this color out there this year, so I was especially careful! I wanted a tufted sofa in the Chesterfield style, with no loose pillows (I hate plumping pillows!) and a firm seat. No sink in softness for my delicate back. This sofa is perfect! This is a very comfortable loveseat, I’m putting it together. It looks much better in person than even the picture does. It spacious enough for two to possibly three people, and it’s quite comfortable. The only thing I would say that you need to know, is that it’s much easier to put together with two people versus just a single person. Also, there’s a pieces on the front that should screw in a little bit tighter to the side, but no matter the angle that I tried to do a man, there was zero way I could get it to work even when I took it apart and put it back together. This couch is super comfy!! Our lil family of 3 loves it. Perfect for binge watching tv and naps. We had the full service delivery and unfortunately the sofa assembly was a big disappointment. The delivery crew assembled our sofa so fast that they literally forgot to install 1 of the legs underneath the chaise part of the sectional. Claiming missing parts with Wayfair is extremely annoying and they need to improve their process. Getting in contact with Wayfair customer service via app chat, text message, and phone calls was a daily struggle. The first time I called, customer service put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on me. Both chat and text options didn’t understand my issue and had me going in circles with different customer service representatives. I really wished that picking up missing parts at their local warehouse was an option! We just wanted to enjoy our sofa right away but couldn’t… We were literally missing a leg under our chaise for an entire month and had to stack books underneath to support the unbalanced weight. In the end, Wayfair had to send me a whole new sofa because they can’t just ship a leg by itself. The delivery crew just opened the box and took the leg out to install it on our existing sofa. We also got some credit back for the inconvenience. Overall for our very first Wayfair purchase, this was a bad first impression but we didn’t let this mistake stop us from buying more home goods from their site. Great couch. One cushion had a small tear but wayfair fixed immediately. The connection between the two halves is a little weak especially if you have to move the couch into place. I screwed some 1x4's across the base into each of the supports which really stiffened the entire couch up and made it possible to pick up and move with 2 people.
