The blue and orange-brown hues are beautiful and compliment my camel brown leather sectional and blue carpet, the size was perfect for the space I needed it, and I'm in love with the rug except for the faded lines that run throughout the design. I wish they were more abstract than precisely symmetrical because they just look like lines vs. a faded look which I'm not a big fan of, but would rather. I chose this rug because so many of the other rugs had the "faded" white washed look and I just wanted a classic oriental rug without the trend and with some nice rich color. Don't know if I'm gonna keep it. Will give it a couple days to see if the lines grown on me. I didn't notice the lines in-person at first until I looked back at pics and now they are all I see. Love this rug! It's not quite as dark as it appears online. It's quite thin but is fine with a thicker pad (no different than a flat weave kilim). My main complaint is that the edges aren't really sewn together and look like they might unravel.
