Beautiful piece! Looks even nicer in person. I paid for subcontractors off Angi's list, through Wayfair, to handle the assembly. That went well. Very nice men who were efficient and kind. They had it assembled in 2 1/2 hours and it would have taken me at least a full day. You pay extra for this and it is worth the fee. There are three areas on the piece that need to be replaced by Wayfair (contacting them tomorrow). A door that is warped and does not match up with the door next to it, a flaw in the center main door, and a door that does not soft close as it should. The soft close feature is so nice on all the other doors and drawers. The handles are beautiful and nicely made. The color of the armoire is gorgeous. We received this around the 16th but decided (after seeing the 26 page book) to come back and pay a pro. Best decision ever! He was finished in 1 & 1/2 hours! I did add a motion sensor light to each side and will probably add a few more under the shelves. This is a decent armoire, overall. Pros The drawers are more spacious than expected, and the assembly wasn’t difficult. It’s super easy to adjust the angle of the doors, which is a huge plus. Cons You can definitely tell it’s cheap manufactured wood, easily sways from side to side, and the ratan isn’t on super straight, which makes it a bit annoying to look at. Third one of these that I have purchased. I found them easy to assemble, and they have a sturdy structure - love that they are solid wood (except for the backing). Have stained all with Minwax wood finish oil-based ‘Colonial Maple’ Semi-transparent interior stain. They look great ! Though the boxes had encountered some bumps and bruises, the contents within each of my shipments remained safe from harm - I would attribute that to the solid packaging.
